How do I cancel my membership?
You can do this on your web browser.
1. If you are not already, then please sign into your account.
2. Click on the icon in the top right corner of the screen and then select 'my account'
3. Click on billing. If you do not see billing, then click on the icon in the top right hand corner of your screen again to see billing.
4. Select 'subscriptions' and then cancel.
How do access my membership on the zenler app?
Whether you have an iPhone or an Android phone, the app is available on both platforms.
1. Go the App Store and search for Zenler Ltd.
2. Select Zenler - it looks like this:
3. Download the zenler app and click 'open' once it is downloaded and choose if you want to allow notifications.
4. Enter your 'Email Address' > 'Agree to T&C's' > click 'Sign In'. Make sure you use the same email you used to buy the course or membership. If you use a different email, you won't be able to access it.
5. Next, you'll need to 'check your email' for the verification code.
6. When you receive an email from Zenler, simply copy your confirmation code and then go back to Zenler App > paste/enter your confirmation code > click 'Verify'.
7. You're now inside your membership and should be able to access your courses.
