Live Yogatility classes starting January 2026

Are you struggling with how your mind and body feels as you move through trying to conceive, painful periods, peri menopause or, menopause. Join me and learn how to move and breath in a way that supports your body. This is more than yoga - it's support!

Join me for 60 minutes to prioritise yourself and find calm. These group sessions include:

  • Welcome circle 
  • Mini workshop on ways yoga and breath work can support hormonal symptoms. 
  • Gentle somatic yoga session. 
  • Slow mindful movement focusing on how you feel.
  • Relaxing breathwork.
  • Rest.
  • Benefits include: reduce stress, soothe anxiety, reduce PMS and period pain, release stress and tension.

Live in person classes at Time Counselling Wellbeing Centre in Risca (NP11 6BW).

To practice live, just click on the class you wish to join and register (payment is required at the time of booking*). If there is no option to book a specific class, that date is fully booked and there are no spaces available.

All bodies and movers are welcome and no experience is necessary. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, some water and wear something cosy and comfy that allows you to move freely.
