Details for May classes:
2nd - We will invite in a loving stretch through the body and flow into stillness.
9th - We will settle and soothe the nervous system through a 'sense' themed practice.
16th - No class.
23rd - ‘gratitude’ themed practice
30th - 'self-love and yoga nidra' we tend to, soothe and rest the body.
All bodies and movers are welcome and no experience is necessary. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, some water and wear something cosy and comfy that allows you to move freely. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts.

*Live classes are not refundable but I understand that life happens, so if you can't make it please let me know asap and I am happy to arrange you attending on a different date if there is a space.
