Details for March classes:

14th - Heart opening practice and body scan

21st - workshop on movement for the upper back and a themed practice for 'ease' 

28th - self-love and yoga nidra' practice. We end the month tending to, soothing and resting the body.

All bodies and movers are welcome and no experience is necessary. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, some water and wear something cosy and comfy that allows you to move freely. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts.
