This course has been designed to provide support for those in between moments which can have a huge impact on how you are feeling. The video library includes mindful movements and breath-work for times when you are feeling anxious to help you calm your nervous system.
Most of these practices can be done without a yoga mat and have very gentle movements.
There are practices you can do whilst you are waiting before a procedure which encourage you to focus on your breath and can be done seated. I also talk you through some simple mindful exercises you can do in times when you are feeling overwhelmed to bring you into the present moment.

The time waiting between trying to conceive (either naturally or, through treatment) and doing a pregnancy test can be a particularly challenging time. The yogatility membership has a two week wait yoga series to support you and provide a regular daily check in with how you are feeling.
